“Who are Skill Spot UK?”

We are a team made up of individuals that have worked directly within skills, training and employability providers over the course of the last 10+ years. Our experience lies predominantly in recruiting and managing sales teams within organisations across various contracts, representing large providers over the course of our careers. We feel this gives us the edge, having extensive knowledge of the structure, culture and expectations across the industry.


“What roles do you cover?”

We support across all roles within the space, from the Apprenticeship contract to AEB, Bootcamps, Restart and T-Levels. Our candidates cover all bases, from Coaches, Tutors, Mentors, IQA, Quality, Operational, Curriculum, Sales & Accounts, Compliance, Audit, EPA, Admin, Senior Leadership and much more.

 

“When will I need to pay for the candidate?“

You will only be charged for this candidate once they start within your business. There are no additional or hidden charges within our service. You will also be provided with financial protection during the probationary period for the candidate you place through us.


“Do the role(s) need to be exclusive to Skill Spot?”

No not at all, you are free to use as many agencies as you like, we see ourselves as additional support to your recruitment process. Although we would recommend for your business only using a couple at any one time. For longstanding partnerships, we can negotiate a bespoke service package that fits the needs of your business.



"What does your coverage area and candidate pool look like?”

We have National coverage, our candidate database of now approaching 14,000 individuals gives us fantastic scope to support within all parts of the UK.
